Overview
Torremolinos is the original Costa del Sol resort, the first town in Spain to embrace package tourism in the 1950s and 60s, and now a mature, well-equipped destination that balances its lively resort character with genuine Andalusian authenticity in the La Carihuela fishing district.
Its unbeatable location, just 10 minutes from Málaga Airport with a direct train connection, makes it the most convenient arrival point on the coast. Long, sandy beaches, excellent facilities, a famous pedestrian high street and some of the best fresh seafood restaurants on the coast (particularly in La Carihuela) make it a complete holiday destination.
Staying in a private villa near Torremolinos gives you the best of both worlds, the liveliness and facilities of the resort with the privacy and space of your own home. Many of our Torremolinos-area villas are within walking distance of the beach.
