Finding one house for twelve is the hard part of a group holiday: enough bedrooms and bathrooms, a table everyone fits around, and a pool and garden big enough that nobody has to queue. These are the villas we manage that do that, all on the eastern Costa del Sol within an hour of Málaga airport.
Villa Garden (Benajarafe) and Villa Selvatic (Arenas) sleep 12 in five bedrooms; Casa Alborán (Nerja) sleeps 10 in four; Villa Miramar (Rincón de la Victoria) and Villa Nerja sleep 9. All have BBQ, outdoor dining and games (billiards, ping pong, foosball, cinema room at Selvatic) and all except Casa Alborán have a private pool; Alborán has a jacuzzi.
Prices are for the whole villa per night, which for a group of ten to twelve usually works out cheaper per person than hotel rooms. The calendar on each page shows the exact price for your dates.

Every villa has an outdoor dining area for the full group plus BBQ. Villa Garden's covered porch and Villa Selvatic's terrace seat twelve.

These are houses in residential areas or the countryside, not party venues: quiet after 22:00 and no events. Groups who want a celebration dinner at home are welcome; loud parties are not.
Final cleaning and bed linen are included at Garden, Miramar, Alborán and Nerja; Selvatic has a cleaning fee shown on the page. Extra guests above the base rate are charged per night at Selvatic.
For groups a second car is usually the answer: the villas have parking for several vehicles and the beaches, villages and Málaga are spread out.

FAQ
Villa Garden in Benajarafe and Villa Selvatic in Arenas, both with five bedrooms. Casa Alborán in Nerja sleeps 10 in four bedrooms.
Villa Garden starts from around 210 € per night in low season and Villa Selvatic from around 165 € for 6 guests plus 15 € per extra guest; in July and August they cost from roughly 1,050 and 850 € per night. Split twelve ways that is 70 to 90 € per person in high season. Each page shows the exact price for your dates.
A dinner, a birthday or a family celebration at home is welcome. Parties with music, events and gatherings beyond the villa's capacity are not allowed at any of our houses, and quiet hours apply from 22:00.
Not in one house. For larger groups we can combine two villas in the same area, for example Villa Miramar and Villa Botanic in Torre de Benagalbón (17 guests between them) or Villa Nerja and Casa Alborán in Nerja (19). Contact us and we will check dates.
No damage deposit is taken at any villa. Villa Selvatic and Villa Botanic have a base rate for 6 and 5 guests respectively and charge 15 and 30 € per additional guest per night; the other villas include all guests in the rate.
