Between November and February the eastern Costa del Sol has 17 to 19 °C by day, 300 hours of sun a month, empty beaches and restaurants where you get a table. It is the season to spend a month or the whole winter here rather than a week: working remotely, escaping a northern winter, or simply living in Nerja or Rincón de la Victoria for a while.
Three of our villas are available for stays of 28 nights or more this winter: Villa Nerja and Casa Alborán in Nerja, and Villa Miramar in Rincón de la Victoria. All three have heating, a fireplace, fast Wi-Fi and a fully equipped kitchen, and all three are managed by our own team, who live 20 minutes away and speak English.

Townhouse on the hills of Nerja, jacuzzi, sea views from several terraces and a rooftop solarium. The town, its beaches and restaurants are a five-minute drive.

Two-floor villa in Torre de Benagalbón, Rincón de la Victoria, with pool, garden and sea views. 15 minutes on foot from the beach and 25 from Málaga city, the best-connected of the three.

Fibre or fast Wi-Fi in all three, with a table and a view to work from. Villa Miramar and Villa Nerja have the quietest surroundings.
Pools are not heated, so from December they are for the brave, but the terraces get sun most of the day and lunch outside is normal in January.
Monthly stays include a mid-stay cleaning and linen change; the frequency can be agreed. Final cleaning is included in the price we quote.
You send the form or a WhatsApp with the villa, the dates and how many you are.
Within 24 hours we reply with a monthly price, what is included (cleaning, linen, utilities) and any conditions.
If it fits, we send a direct booking link; a deposit confirms the stay and the balance is paid before arrival.
You get the same local team as any guest: check-in in person, a WhatsApp for anything, and help with the practical side of a longer stay.
28 nights. Longer stays of two or three months, or the whole winter from November to February, are welcome and priced accordingly.
Electricity and water are included up to a reasonable monthly use, which we state in the quote. Heating a villa all day in January uses more electricity than a summer week, so we prefer to be clear about this before you book.
Yes. All three villas have fast Wi-Fi and space to work. Tell us if you need a particular speed or a second workspace and we will check before you commit.
Not by default, but for a long stay we can consider it at Villa Nerja and Villa Miramar depending on the pet. Ask us.
At Villa Nerja and Casa Alborán, yes. At Villa Miramar you can manage on foot and with the coastal bus to Málaga, but a car makes the winter easier. We can recommend monthly car hire.
