At Holidays Malaga, we manage a hand-picked portfolio of unique villas across the Costa del Sol, from Marbella's Golden Mile to the hills above Nerja, and everywhere in between. Every property is personally inspected and managed by our team.
We are not a booking platform. We are a local villa management company founded by Francisco and Isabel Tolosa, based in Malaga. When you book with us, you deal directly with the people who manage your villa. No middlemen, no call centres, no surprises on arrival.
Our guests include families seeking space and privacy, couples celebrating anniversaries, groups marking special occasions and travellers who have simply outgrown hotels. What they share is a desire for something more personal, more spacious and more authentically Andalusian.

All our villas include private pool, WiFi, full kitchen equipment, linen and towels. Most include air conditioning, outdoor dining areas, BBQ and private parking. Premium villas include weekly pool maintenance and additional amenities.
For peak summer (July-August) and Christmas/New Year, we recommend booking 3-6 months in advance. For shoulder season (May-June, September-October) 6-8 weeks is typically sufficient. Last-minute availability can occur but selection is limited. The earlier you book, the better your choice of property.
Many of our villas are specifically designed for families travelling with children. Properties include dedicated play areas, tipis, ping-pong tables and shallow-entry pools. Cots, highchairs and stair gates are available on request. Tell us your children's ages and we'll find you the ideal villa.
It depends on the villa location. Coastal villas in Torremolinos or Fuengirola can be accessed by the excellent Cercanias train. Hillside or rural villas, and most Marbella-area properties, benefit from a rental car. We provide clear location information for each property and are happy to advise on transport options.
