For peak summer (July–August) and Christmas/New Year, we recommend booking 3–6 months in advance. For shoulder season (May–June, September–October) 6–8 weeks is typically sufficient. Last-minute availability can occur but selection is limited.
We accept bank transfers, credit/debit cards and payments through our secure booking platform. A deposit is typically required to confirm your reservation, with the balance due before check-in.
Cancellation policies vary by property and season. Most villas offer free cancellation up to 30 days before arrival. For specific terms, please check your booking confirmation or contact us directly.
All our villas include a private pool, WiFi, full kitchen equipment, bed linen and towels. Most include air conditioning, outdoor dining areas, BBQ and private parking. Premium villas include weekly pool maintenance and additional amenities.
Many of our villas are specifically designed for families. Properties include enclosed gardens, child-safe pools and play areas. Cots, highchairs and stair gates are available on request. Tell us your children's ages and we'll recommend the ideal villa.
Yes, we can arrange private airport transfers from Malaga Airport (AGP) to your villa. Simply let us know your flight details and we'll have a driver waiting for you.

It depends on the villa location. Coastal villas in Torremolinos or Fuengirola are accessible by train. Hillside or rural villas, and most Marbella-area properties, benefit from a rental car. We provide location guidance for each property.
This varies by property. Our beachfront villas are within walking distance of the coast. Others are a short drive (5–20 minutes) from the nearest beach. Each listing specifies the exact distance to the closest beach.
Malaga enjoys over 300 days of sunshine per year. The best time for beach holidays is May–October. Spring (March–May) and autumn (September–November) are ideal for outdoor activities and sightseeing with milder temperatures and fewer crowds.
