Each property has been selected for its direct sea access, not merely a sea view.

We use ‘beachfront’ specifically for properties with direct beach access, either a gate from the garden directly onto the sand, or a property within 50 metres of the beach. Properties with sea views but not direct access are listed as ‘sea view’ villas. We are very specific about this distinction because we know it matters.
Beachfront villas have the sound of the sea, which most guests find deeply pleasant. In summer (July-August) beaches near resorts can have more daytime activity. The beaches in front of our Nerja and Maro villas are much quieter than those near resort centres. If you want absolute tranquillity combined with sea access, our Maro and eastern coastline properties are exceptional.
All our beachfront villas include private parking, either a garage or a dedicated private space within the property. This is essential on the Costa del Sol and we would never recommend a beachfront property without it.
For the most beautiful and dramatic beaches, Nerja and Maro on the eastern Costa del Sol are exceptional, crystalline water, stunning coves and a less commercialised feel. For glamour and prestige, Marbella’s coastline is the Gold Standard. For families wanting convenience with a beach, Fuengirola offers excellent value and excellent beaches with the bonus of the Cercanias train connection.
