Our luxury tier properties are independently assessed against criteria including architecture and design quality, pool and outdoor space quality, interior specification (bedding, appliances, technology), views and location, privacy and grounds. Each is personally inspected by our team. Luxury doesn’t mean simply large, it means genuinely exceptional in its category.
Yes, we work with a curated roster of professional chefs, from local Andalusian cooks to Michelin-trained culinary professionals. Chef services can be arranged for a single special dinner, daily breakfast preparation, or full-board catering throughout your stay. Menus are designed to your preferences and dietary requirements.
Most luxury properties have a minimum stay of 7 nights in peak season (June-August) and 3-4 nights in shoulder and winter season. Some exclusive properties require 7 nights minimum year-round. We are flexible where possible, contact us directly to discuss your dates.
Most of our luxury villas include pool heating, which we recommend from October through May. Some properties include heating at no extra charge; others charge a supplement (typically €150-250 per week). This is clearly stated for each property. The Mediterranean climate means the pool is naturally warm from June-September without heating.
